My motto when it comes to Senior photos is “It should be so much more than a yearbook photo.” And it is true. You’ve worked so hard in school and this is huge milestone. You should not only celebrate, but BE celebrated! And that means not having your Senior Photos taken by a friend, or a photographer lacking the software and skill to retouch your images to perfection. Yes, you need a yearbook photo, but even more important are photographs to document this time, celebrate everything you’ve accomplished, and that can be printed and shared with the friends and family who love you.
Teagan booked my Custom Session, which is longer than a Simple Session (including a wardrobe change if desired) and a location up to an hour away. She really wanted beach photos, so we met up at Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester. It’s one of my favorite beaches for Seniors or Families, because it has a nice variety of landscape elements like rocks, beach grass, and a lighthouse in the distance.
I love the diverse environment at this beach, between the green beach grass, the awesome rocks, and the lighthouse in the distance, there are so many options for backdrops!
I was so happy that Teagan’s mom let me get a few photos of the two of them.
Teagan is such a great kid, and though her senior year ended up in an unexpected way, she’s got big plans for the future and is excited to study Nursing in in the Fall. I wish her, and all of the class of 2020 well!
