What To EXPECT
I will capture your child as the adorable Preschooler or Kindergartner that they are, whether that is chatty and animated, a little shy, or full of the sillies.
Your child's photos will be taken using the outdoor space at Smart Start Young Learners, rather than having them pose in front of a traditional backdrop.
I hope that they will have fun and you will have images that reflect their personality!

What To wear
Let your child's personality guide clothing choices! If your little one has a favorite dinosaur t-shirt, or favorite special dress, then that reflects them at this point in time! Here are a few helpful tips:
- Some photographers will tell you to stay away from patterns, but as you can see with the examples shown here, they add personality and interest.
- Be careful of red and green. Red can throw a color cast on skin, and green can be tough outdoors in an a lush, green environment.
- A color that accentuates eyes is always great!
Purchasing your IMages
- Approximately 2-3 weeks after picture day, you will receive a link to your child's password protected online gallery which will include a minimum of three individual proofs to choose from, plus a group photo. Orders will be due within ten days, of gallery release.
- Rather than having to choose from packages that are pre-selected by me, you will create your own package. Tiered discounts will be applied based on your shopping cart total. This allows you to mix and match images in the gallery and purchase only what you need and want!
- Prints will be shipped directly to you from my professional lab within two weeks of ordering.
- Digital files are also available for purchase if you wish to print on your own. Digitals are a great value because they allow you to print as many images as you wish! I always provide a print release and printing recommendations for consumer labs.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I have two Children at the School, will they be photographed together?
Absolutely. I will provide one gallery with both children's images, and images of them together, so that you can mix and match your package just the way you'd like!
Can you retouch Boo-boos, etc?
I sure can! I'll heal anything that is healable!
