Cindy found me through a mutual friend, via Facebook (Thank you Kristin Kowalski!), and as soon as we met, I knew I’d love to photograph her wedding to Mike. I felt as though she understood the value of wedding photographs, and think she really wanted a photographer who understood the importance of their day and the responsiblity of documenting it. And we just got along really well — which is important!
Cindy and Mike’s wedding took place at the Cushing Chapel in Framingham — a lovely spot in the midst of a beautiful park. The reception of close family and friends took place at Tomasso Trattoria in Southboro — one of Cindy & Mike’s favorite restaurants.
The talented Megan Moore joined me as my second shooter. She was so much fun to work with and a huge help!
Here are a few favorites from the day… starting with some details:

Once we arrived at the Chapel, we did a quick “first look” so that we could take some photographs before the ceremony:

As the guests were taking their seats, I popped up into the balcony to get a shot of the chapel, and found Cindy quietly sitting with Mike’s daughter, just watching everyone arrive.

I love this shot that Megan captured of Mike as Cindy came down the aisle with her parents.

Married!

At the reception, Mike’s son gave a really heartfelt speech.

The happy couple during their first dance:

And thank you Megan for this awesome ring shot!

And how could I not end with Henry — ring bearer extraordinaire!
